My clients hire me because nobody will ever know they did. That’s the deal — and I keep it without exception.
What I can show you is my own work. The brands I’ve built, the courses I’ve written for myself, the content I’ve published under my own name. If you want to know what you’re getting when you hire me, this is the most honest answer I can give you.
My work
Below are three email education courses I wrote, structured, and launched myself — across three completely different audiences and subjects. Same format, very different voices. That’s the point.
Epiktet Supplies
About: Epiktet Supplies is the Victorian distributor for the Evolution Organics range of eco friendly cleaning chemicals.
Audience: Small business owners, hospitality/food service operators, childcare managers in Victoria.
Core job of the sequence: Build trust, shift scepticism about eco cleaning products, and open a low-pressure conversation.
Vegan Outnumbered
About: A blog and weekly newsletter for vegans who live in non-vegan households. Built around a specific gap in vegan content, most of which assumes a supportive kitchen, a like-minded household, and a smooth transition.
Vegan Outnumbered is written for everyone else.
Audience: Vegans living with people who aren’t. Navigating shared kitchens, unsupportive households, and the constant low-grade friction of being the only one at the table who made this choice.
Core job: Make staying vegan feel manageable when your environment isn’t set up for it. Practical strategies, honest conversation, no lectures.
It gives people the actual words, arguments, and confidence to handle the questions they get asked constantly, without turning every meal into a debate.
Foodsafety.ist
About: A blog and podcast covering food safety compliance, written by someone who is working in the industry, not just writing about it. Covers audits, GFSI certifications (SQF, HACCP,BRGC), recalls, and the gap between what the standards say and what actually happens on the floor.
Audience: Food industry professionals, business owners, operators, managers, and quality staff who need to understand compliance without wading through documents written by people who’ve never worked in a food business.
Core job: Close the gap between what the standards require and what people actually understand. Straight talk on audits, certification, and food safety practice from someone who knows the industry from the inside.
If you’ve seen enough, let’s talk.
Tell me what you’re working on
Who you are trying to reach
what you’re currently doing
and what’s not working.
I’ll come back to you with a straight answer on whether I can help.
