Most of the professionals I work with arrive with the same mix of scepticism and curiosity.
They know their expertise is worth more than their current content suggests.
They’re just not sure how to close that gap.
Or whether someone else can do it without losing the plot.
These are the questions I hear most.
If yours isn’t covered, ask me.
About Ghostwriting
Ghostwriting is the practice of writing content that someone else publishes under their own name.
It’s been around for centuries.
Politicians, executives, and public figures have always had writers behind their words.
What I do is translate your expertise, your ideas, and your voice into polished content that sounds exactly like you.
You own it completely.
No more than hiring a photographer to capture what you see, or an architect to design the building you envisioned.
You have the ideas.
You have the expertise.
You have the experience.
What you may not have is the time, the writing skill, or the patience to wrestle your thoughts into compelling content.
That’s what I’m here for.
The ideas are yours.
The value is yours.
I just help you articulate it.
Founders who have twenty years of hard-won knowledge but haven’t got time to sit and write.
Professionals in regulated industries, lawyers, financial advisers, healthcare practitioners, who are trained to be cautious and precise, and whose content ends up reading like a compliance document.
Executives who want to build a public profile without handing their LinkedIn over to a marketing intern.
If you have expertise worth sharing and content that isn’t doing it justice, you’re a candidate.
Working with me
I focus on regulated and expertise-driven industries.
Such as the financial services, law, healthcare, and safety-critical sectors.
These are fields where professionals are trained to hedge everything, qualify every statement, and avoid sounding like they’re promoting themselves.
That instinct kills content.
I know how to extract the substance and give it life without crossing the lines you need to stay behind.
Three things, done well.

structured sequences that position you as the authority and move readers toward a decision.
If you’re not sure which fits your situation, get in touch and we’ll figure it out together.
It starts with a proper onboarding sequence.
I ask questions,
I listen,
I learn how you think and how you talk.
From there, I draft content that goes back to you for review.
You tell me what sounds right and what doesn’t, and I refine it.
Within a few rounds, the drafts start landing first time.
Most clients find the process remarkably light on their end once we’ve established the voice.
The heaviest lifting is upfront during the onboarding process where I learn your voice, your audience, your positioning, and your goals.
After that, you’re reviewing and approving, not creating from scratch.
Many clients spend less than an hour a week on their content once we’re running.
The point is to give you your time back, not eat more of it.
Yes.
The work is entirely remote and I have no geographic restrictions.
If you’re in a time zone that makes real-time calls difficult, we’ll work asynchronously.
It’s not a problem.
Voice and Quality
Voice-matching is the core of what I do.
I study the way you write, the cadence, the sentence length, the kind of examples you reach for, the things you never say.
I read your existing content.
I ask you questions and pay attention to how you answer them, not just what you say.
The goal is that someone who knows you well reads your content and thinks you wrote every word.
If it doesn’t sound like you, we revise until it does.
That’s part of the service.
Generating ideas is something most professionals struggle with.
Not because they lack knowledge, its because they’re too close to it.
I ask the right questions, identify the angles worth pursuing, and turn your expertise into a content plan.
You don’t need to arrive with a topic list.
You need to arrive with your experience.
As many as it takes to get it right. I’m not running a revision-counting operation. That said, the better your feedback is, the faster we land on something that works. “I don’t like it” is harder to work with than “this doesn’t sound like how I’d talk to a client.” Specific feedback gets specific results.
Confidentiality and trust
Not from me. Confidentiality is a foundation of the relationship — I don’t name clients, discuss client work, or reference engagements anywhere. If you want a formal NDA in place before we start, that’s not a problem. Most clients prefer it.
Yes, readily. If it gives you peace of mind, let’s do it before we exchange anything. Protecting the relationship is in my interest as much as yours.
Because client work is confidential, I don’t share it. What I can show you is my own content — I’ve built several email education courses under my own brands that demonstrate range, structure, and voice. They’re on the Portfolio page. If you want to see how I write, that’s the clearest view I can give you without compromising anyone’s trust.
Getting started
I don’t publish fixed pricing because the right engagement looks different for every client — scope, cadence, and complexity all vary. What I can tell you is that this is a serious professional service, and I price it accordingly. If you’re looking for cheap content at volume, I’m not the right fit. If you’re looking for quality that actually serves your reputation, let’s talk.
That depends on my current capacity. I take on a limited number of clients at any time — not as a sales tactic, but because doing the work properly requires real attention. Get in touch and I’ll give you an honest answer on timing.
Nothing elaborate. A clear idea of who your audience is, what you’re trying to achieve with content, and whether this is a short engagement or an ongoing relationship. If you’re still figuring those things out, that’s fine too — part of the initial conversation is helping you get clear on what you actually need.
